Po trzech tygodniach od głośnej sprawy koncertu Kraków Street Band w Miejskim Ośrodku Kultury w Nowym Sączu zespół ogłosił, że doszło do ugody z organizatorem. Dyrekcja placówki w swoim oświadczeniu broniła obniżki wynagrodzenia za ten występ.
